We are hiring!

We are looking for an Administrator to join our small, friendly team.  

We are looking for a highly organised and responsible individual to oversee the smooth running of our charity office and procedures, providing clerical support to our Coordinator, Therapists, and Trustees.

We are a small charity, and the successful candidate will need to demonstrate that they are highly organised, able to multitask with ease and to work under their own initiative. They will have excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as very good interpersonal skills. They will be familiar with Microsoft Office including Word and Excel.  They will have experience as an office administrator, secretary, or relevant administrative role.

It is a requirement that the Administrator works in our office at the Lee Jones Centre in Liverpool, L5, although working from home may be possible on an occasional basis by arrangement with the Coordinator.

Duration:   7 hours per week over 1 day or 2 half days.

Rate:  £12.00 per hour.
