We have a therapy room at The Lee Jones Centre, Limekiln Lane, Liverpool, which is equipped with 2 pianos, an electric keyboard and a selection of percussion and stringed instruments. This enables us to offer a music therapy service to a wider range of people, including self-referred adults, pre-school age children and adults with learning and communication difficulties. It also enables us to work more closely with parents and carers if appropriate.
The building has full disability access and there is a comfortable waiting area for parents and carers if needed.
We provide:
- consultation sessions for newly referred clients
- courses of individual music therapy sessions
- short term or long term therapy according to the identified need
- verbal and written feedback on progress
We also provide a limited bespoke service for individuals who are unable to make the journey to our Centre.
